Mission Statement:
The Solid Waste Billing Department is committed and dedicated to ensure the correct billing and information possible is offered to our customers both residential and commercial within San Miguel County
Solid Waste Rates from 2016-17:
- Residential Monthly - $15.93
- Quarterly Rates - $47.79
- Residential Annual Permit - $159.47
- Non House hold trash service at the rate of - $10.86 a cubic yard.
- Senior Citizen Discount Rates are offered to Solid Waste Customers over the Age of 65 on a monthly or Annual Basis.
- We also offer Commercial bin Rentals for project site pick up. Call the office for information on bin rentals.

REMEMBER WHEN YOU’RE TAKING A LOAD OF TRASH THAT MAY NOT BE HOUSEHOLD TRASH, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
CHECK THE LOAD SIZE ON YOUR TICKED BEFORE YOU SIGN.

192 cubic ft ÷ 27 = 7.111 cubic yards

Furniture such as couches, love seats, mattresses, recliners, television, chairs, tables, entertainment centers, dressers, closets, trunks, microwave ovens, barbecue grills, bicycles, and lawnmowers.
Tires: automobile tires up to 17” @ $3.01each.
Tires up to 18” but smaller than 24” @ $5.90 each.
Tires over 24” @ $25.72 each.
Appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, water heaters, washers, dryers and freezers.
