RESPONSIBILITIES

The Human Resource Division (HR Division) administers human resources-related policies and procedures, works to plan and administer the County Safety program(s) including monitoring compliance with all, State and Federal Safety Policies and Procedures. The HR Division also maintains all personnel files, active an inactive, in accordance with document-retention guidelines as outlined in state statutes or relevant case law. HR maintains personnel related documentation, including medical and investigative files, on employees and applicants. Ensure confidentiality of such records in accordance with applicable.
