It is the intent of San Miguel County to proceed with issuing an award for the Sole Source Procurement after a thirty day posting period on this website. The beginning and ending posting periods are identified on the bottom portion of the Sole Source Website Posting Justification Form. Any qualified potential contractor may protest any of these items within fifteen calendar days of the notice of intent to award a contract. The protest shall be submitted in writing within fifteen calendar days of the notice of intent to award. The protest can be emailed to:

The protest must clearly indicate the Sole Source procurement being protested, the name and contact information of the protest and the nature of the protest.
